I know this is not very exciting. However as we sell more of our product the questions will come up. So for clarity and peace of mind when making your purchase here is our return policy.
Our Return Policy
You may return any new, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. You are responsible for the cost of the return postage. During the holidays, items shipped by Prescott Cyclery LLC between November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st.
When will I get my refund?
Usually in about 2-3 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.
What if my item is damaged in shipping or is defective?
If you received a damaged or defective item, please take photos of the damage or defect and send them to email@example.com for our review. We will issue a call tag for you to return the item to us. Once we receive it we’ll ship you a replacement of the exact item.
What if my item is the wrong size?
We will accept returns of clothing that still has the tags attached and the original packaging. Please wear undergarments and take care when trying on new clothing not to damage it. You will be responsible for the cost of return postage of the item.
Sorry, if you have opened your new component and attempted to install it we can not take it back. If you opened it only to realize it is the wrong size we will accept the return of the item for an exchange only. You will be responsible for the cost of return postage of the item.
Sorry, we do not accept the return of tools that have been opened.
